An elegant home with plush furnishings, charming history, landscaped garden, and beautiful views. Leonardo arranged a delicious terrace dinner. Free WiFi and continental breakfast. Perfect for chasing the evening sun.
No complaints, but a squeaky bathroom door added to the excitement.

The moment I stepped into Torre Palombara, I was captivated by the exquisite decor. The tastefully furnished common areas exuded elegance and charm, making me feel like I had stepped into a fairytale. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with comfortable seating areas and easily navigable pathways throughout the property. It was a delight to stroll through the green gardens and soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. The attention to detail in the decoration truly made it a unique and enchanting escape.
I wish the children working there had been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance or guidance, particularly when it came to navigating the area, would have made the vacation even better for senior people like myself.

Such a beautiful place - the owners are incredibly kind (make sure you try Leonardo's homemade wine). Breakfast was delicioso, the room was lovely...we loved being away from it all. Definitely make sure you have a car when you come here so you can go explore the little towns in the region.

What a lovely place! The hotel is very peaceful with outstanding views over the Umbrian countryside. The owners (mother and son) are very friendly, try to help you at any time, and make you feel part of the family. The public areas are very comfortable. Our room was very spacious and arranged with exquisite taste. Breakfast on the terrace was so pleasant. It was a marvellous stay, and we would certainly return with great pleasure.
These are not criticism but things you must know due to the location of the hotel : The hotel is not easy to find, do not trust GPS too much... You must be prepared to drive about 20/30 mn to have lunch or dinner.

The rooms at Torre Palombara - Dimora Storica have a charming antique decor that makes you feel like you've gone back in time. As a history enthusiast, I absolutely loved the vintage feel of the room.
Although the antique decor was charming, some might find it too outdated for their taste. However, I understand that others might still appreciate the unique character it brings to the room.

The rooms at Torre Palombara - Dimora Storica have a charming vintage feel, with antique furniture and décor. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with local olive-based toiletries, creating a refreshing and natural experience. Some rooms even have a cozy seating area, providing a perfect spot to unwind and relax. Free WiFi and safes are available in all guestrooms, ensuring a convenient and secure stay. The double room I stayed in had lovely garden views and was tastefully furnished with antique pieces.
Personally, I found the room size a bit small, but I understand that some guests might appreciate the coziness.

Plush furnishings and family antiques give the hotel the feel of an elegant home that just happens to welcome guests. It's like stepping into a time capsule of luxury and charm. The beautiful views across the countryside are breathtaking, it's like being in a painting. The breakfast, with its charming history as a 15th-century dove tower, is a delightful way to start the day. The homemade cakes are a sumptuous treat. The staff are attentive and creative, ensuring that your stay is filled with pleasant surprises. The 4000m² gardens with a landscaped swimming pool and sun terrace offer a peaceful retreat, with views over the medieval town of Narni.
Only minor issue: Lack of eggs in the morning.

Plush furnishings and family antiques made me feel like a royal. The gardens and swimming pool were perfect for lounging around, and the private terraces were ideal for pretending to be a recluse. The views were stunning, especially when I was catching up on social media with their free WiFi.
Oh, and how could I forget? The continental breakfast, with its charming history as a 15th-century dove tower, was such a disappointment.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, AC, TV room. The staff even recommended dining places. Perfect for my trips with hiking, a pool, and a solarium. Plus, welcome drinks and snacks! No pets/smoking. Can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The peaceful and beautiful surroundings were just what we needed. Our suite in the tower was huge and had two bathrooms and two floors. The roof terrace provided great views. The breakfast was good and we even had a delicious dinner prepared for us at a reasonable price. The staff, especially Leonardo, were friendly and attentive.
It was all superb.
